Shipping & Payment
This English version is a convenience translation. Only the German version (Versand & Zahlung) is legally binding.
Prices
All prices are final prices in euros, plus shipping costs. No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act, small business exemption).
Shipping destinations
We ship to Germany and to all member states of the European Union. We currently do not deliver to other countries (for example Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom). Collection from the studio is currently not possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total weight of the order (including packaging). They are shown exactly in the cart and before you complete your order.

We ship with [VERSANDDIENSTLEISTER], insured and with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Delivery times
Unless stated otherwise for a piece:
- Germany: [3 to 5] working days
- EU countries: [5 to 10] working days
For payment via Stripe, the delivery time starts on the day after your order; for prepayment, on the day after payment is received. Commissions have their own individually agreed completion times.
Packaging
Ceramics are fragile. We pack every piece by hand, well padded and where possible with reused or recyclable materials. If something does arrive damaged, please contact us, ideally with photos of the goods and packaging. Your statutory rights remain unaffected (see Terms, § 8).
Payment methods
Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
After clicking "zahlungspflichtig bestellen" ("order with obligation to pay"), you are redirected to the secure payment page of our payment service provider Stripe. There you enter your card details or confirm payment with Apple Pay or Google Pay. The amount is charged when the order is completed. Your card details are not stored on our server.
PayPal
On Stripe's payment page, choose PayPal and log in to PayPal to confirm the payment. The amount is debited from your PayPal account when the order is completed.
Klarna [only if enabled]
On Stripe's payment page you can choose Klarna and, depending on the offer, pay now, later or in instalments. Klarna's terms apply in addition; Klarna may carry out a credit check.
SEPA Direct Debit [only if enabled]
On Stripe's payment page, enter your IBAN and grant a SEPA Direct Debit mandate. The amount is collected from your account. Please ensure sufficient funds; we may charge you the costs of a returned debit for which you are responsible.
Prepayment (bank transfer)
After your order you receive an order confirmation by email with our bank details. Please transfer the total amount within [7] days, quoting your order number as the payment reference. We reserve the ordered pieces for you during this time. We ship your order once payment has been received.

If no payment is received within this period, we will send you a reminder by email. After that we may cancel the reservation and withdraw from the contract.
Workshops and commissions
Workshops booked online are paid at booking using the same payment methods. For workshops on request and for commissions, you receive the payment information with our offer by email. A deposit may be due for commissions (see Terms, § 15).
