[Placeholder] My studio is a quiet room with a potter's wheel, a kiln and a lot of morning light. This is where tea bowls, cups and vases are made from stoneware, each one thrown, trimmed and glazed by hand.

[Placeholder] I am drawn to the moment where earth meets water: the rim of a bowl where the glaze runs thin, a celadon that recalls shallow sea. I work slowly and in small numbers, and every piece may keep the traces of how it was made.

[Placeholder] If you would like to see a piece in the studio or have an idea for a commission, I would love to hear from you.
